Visby Siege

In order to give the environment vista a unique feel, I drew inspiration from Renaissance paintings. To achieve this look, I utilized postprocessing techniques to add warmth and depth to the scene, creating a similar aesthetic to that found in Renaissance art. Additionally, I incorporated a directional light and skylight into an open world setup for the lighting, and applied a cubemap to the exponential heightfog to add variation in the distance. While creating the town in the distance, I used 3D Studio Max and Photoshop to craft lowpoly models that complemented the Renaissance-inspired style. It's important to note that the models in the foreground were not created by me.
